Ronald and Christina -- Father and Daughter from season 12; finished in 2nd place.

Jamie and Cara -- Former NFL Cheerleaders from season 14; finished in 2nd place.

Margie and Luke -- Mother and Son from season 14; finished in 3rd place.

Kisha and Jen -- Sisters from season 14; finished in 4th place.

Mel and Mike -- Father and Son from season 14; finished in 6th place.

Amanda and Kris -- Dating Couple from season 14; finished in 8th place.

Flight Time and Big Easy -- Harlem Globetrotters from season 15; finished in 4th place.

Zev and Justin -- Best Friends from season 15; finished in 9th place.

Jet and Cord -- The Cowboys from season 16; finished in 2nd place.

Gary and Mallory -- Father and Daughter from season 17; finished in 6th place.

There were others I recognized but couldn't remember names for ... the two redheaded NFL cheerleaders from two or three seasons ago, for example.

That would be Jaime and Cara, who were quite the Ugly Americans.

Love the Race. Have seen every season and as usual will watch the "unfinished business" season.

That said, can't say that I'm overly excited about the returning teams.

Keisah and Jen? Take a pee break vs getting into the final 3, don't deserve to be back.

Flight Time and Big Easy? Provided some comedic moments, but frankly not that bright of a team and they quit a challenge, so that eliminates them in my book.

Gary and Mallory from this last season? Totally unforgettable, no reason to bring them back.

Kris and Amanda? See above, eliminated way to early to even remember them.

Kynnt & Vyksen? Freaks to look at, but come on, they u-turned a team that was already ahead of them, causing their own elimination. To stupid to be brought back.

Ronald and Christina? Solid but Yaaaaawn, boring.

Mel and Mike, see above, nice father-son story, but really kind of boring.

Zev & Justin? Known only for how they left the game than anything else (losing passports) so not really sure that I care much about them.

Cowboys, Marjorie and Luke and Jamie/Cara will probably prove to be competetive again and make for some good entertainment.

A lot of other teams I'd have rather seen come back than the ones they did.

I'll tell you, I've seen more than enough Margie and Luke for a lifetime, so I'm not looking forward to hearing his constant whining again.

I'm sure that's why they brought them back, everyone loves to hate them.

Just like Survivor, Probst said he never bring Johnny Fairplay back, but when they did FanVFav when they polled everyone, they all said, not Fairplay, so they brought him back thinking he'd be a great draw, not realizing he'd quit on them.

Love your avatar. When we brought our 3 girls home they started watching Disney channel. Now my wife comes down and asks why I'm watching P&F when the girls are asleep.

I'm right there with you. I just viewed the new "Meet the Teams" trailer and I rolled my eyes when he said that the deaf community will really love that he's back on the show. Maybe that's because they don't have to hear the whining! (I'm sorry if that is insensitive to the deaf community.)

What's up with the Cowboys? They seem to be way off their game.

Well I seem to remember they struggled with this kind of thing last race, too. Figuring out puzzles doesn't appear to be their strong suit. Lots of "Oh my gravy" and very little progress.

Loved it ... This is my favorite show on TV, hands down and I still really enjoy it. How beautiful was Sydney?? I think that's why I like this show so much. I would love to go on and play. What a chance of a lifetime to see all those places like that!

Anyway, still loving the Globetrotters, although I have to say I'd like to see them get a bit more competitive. I wasn't digging how they just bailed on the flag challenge and asked for help from Zev and Justin. They'll need to get their fire back if they want to last.

Interesting first show....

The teams on plane 2 got a huge break when plane 1 was delayed, but that's the way the cookie crumbles. Personally I hope that the Cowboys beat out Amanda and Kris--they are the blandest and least entertaining team to me.

I thought it was kind of funny that they had a shirtless surfer-dude type welcoming teams to Australia. For a minute there I thought Mallory was going to give him a hug!

I noted that Vyxin and Kynt are labelled as "dating goths". Weren't they on the last race as "best friends"?

I really enjoyed last night's show! Seems like they're throwing quite a few twists in there to make it more challenging right from the get go. Oh, Cowboys! I hope they can get it together so they won't be bumped off in the first leg of the race! I'd much rather see Amanda and Kris go first...like others have said, I don't remember them at all! Teams I'd like to see get the boot early: Jaime and Cara, Margie and Luke, Amanda and Kris, and LaKisha and Jennifer. Teams I'm rooting for: The Cowboys, Gary and Mallory, and Mel and Mike (although from the previews, it looks like Mel has a tough next leg coming up!).

Agree. I'm getting tired of Mallory calling on a higher power for help every time she gets stuck. Her dad is the coolest, though.

Kynt & Vixson - he gets more girly by the minute, but he was very complementary to Vixson for overcoming her fear. Kudos to her for keeping it together.

Glad to see Zev and Justin get another chance after losing their passports last time.

Rooting for my cowboys, but they aren't off to a very good start.

Yeah that is actually an annoyance for me anytime I hear someone do that.

Was it Kynt? I thought it was Vyksen! Either way, yes, I saw it.

She isn't my favorite player by any means, but Mallory thanking God/Jesus/Mary/St. Anthony whomever doesn't really bother me. I hear people say that all the time "Oh do you think God really wanted your team to win the game/win the award/whatever" but as a person of faith I think it's just a way of showing praise and I'd rather see someone on TV praying for help and trying to stay positive rather than cursing out or berating a teammate. Many faiths religions believe that God is omnipotent and omnipresent so who knows?? Just wanted to give a different perspective, don't want a religious debate by any means.

At any rate my least favorites are probably Margie and Luke and Jamie and Cara. And I do agree that Amanda and Kris are just totally forgettable.
