Needs Help!!

I have never been to US or IOA before. My DH, DS (2) and I are going to WDW in Feb 2011. Our reservations for wdw are for Sun-Thur. My plan was to spend our last day a WDW after we check out of our hotel. Then we will check into another hotel in the area so we can spend Fri at US before we head home. The main reason for going to US is to go to the WWOHP. So We will just be spending 1 day a IOA. Now if we stay at an off prop hotel by US, will we be able to go to City Walk Thur night? Do most off prop hotels run shuttles to the parks? We will have a car if needed, but I figured a shuttle would be easier. TIA!!

Walking around City Walk is free, but parking is not. I have never stayed at a hotel off property in that area so I can't answer your shuttle questions.
