Can I upgrade it at the park for a 2 days ticket by paying the difference?

Yes, as long as the one day/one park ticket was not a complimentary (free) ticket

I got my ticket by exchanging Air miles reward miles. Is this considered as a complimentary ticket?

Wondering what the original poster found out on upgrading tickets. We have a couple one day two park tickets that we would like to upgrade as well. Ours were aquired with points on a credit card reward program.

I spoke with someone from guest relations at universal. He said that we could upgrade without any problem by paying the difference.

That's cool because we are going for two days and I got a one day ticket from air miles. It means more money to spend on souvenirs...

We were able to upgrade our 1-day 2-park tickets that we got with credit card reward points to 2-day single park tickets at the gate.
