World of Color = No ELP???

hello all,

We just booked two nights at the Grand in middle of July, but I do not see the World of Color or ELP listed on DCA entertainment, anybody know why? or maybe I am looking in the wrong spot, any help, thanks

Since WOC is just starting, it looks like they didn't add it to the calendar of events.... yet.
The ELP is gone. The last parade was on April 18th.

Keep looking. WOC may start showing up after tomorrow's premier.

The ELP isn't showing due to WOC -- it has been loaned to WDW and is playing there starting this summer.

Sad about the ELP, the music just makes me happy. I will keep up with the Calendar, I was just confused because they usually have that stuff ready to roll, so I guess it threw me a little, looking forward to the WOC

They had the WOC showtimes up for about a day, then took them down. Apparently, there is some question still about how much "down time" is needed in between showings. There were supposed to be two each night, but after some previews and testing, it seems like they might need more time between shows than originally thought, to reset the show itself and to clean up the viewing area. And, there was talk about a third show, during the summer, but that has not been confirmed by Disney. At this time, all that seems "certain" is that the first showing nightly will be at 9:15pm.

WOC show time are posted on the calendar. I only checked for tomorrow the 13th. We are going but not for WOC. The show times are at 9pm and 10:15pm

They have had a third show for the past two nights, at 11:15. This will probably continue during the summer, as crowds warrant.

What are your reasons for choosing one over the other? At this point, reports are that buying the picnic meal does not necessarily get you in a better viewing spot as the FP machine does. There seems to be a LOT of confusion as to this "color system". They change which color corresponds to what section daily, which makes no sense to me.

Right now, it seems like the Prix Fixe diners from WCT and Ariel's are in the front two tiers, but keep in mind that you will get VERY wet if you are placed there, so bring ponchos regardless! You might need them.
