Fort Wilderness to Universal

Hey guys just wondering ... Whats the best way to go from Fort Wilderness to Universal without breaking the bank ? A co-worker had asked me and I wasn't sure ( we always stay on property the whole time ) Any ideas would help

I'd probably rent a car for the day. Rentals are available at the Car Care Center. They'll pick you up to get the vehicle and drop you off after you return it. Other options are taxi or town car such as Quicksilver.

The research I did was that it is cheapest to use Mears shuttle services. They pick you up and drop you back off at your hotel. You call then 24 hours in advance to schedule pick up and it was around 16-18 dollars a person round trip (I can't remember exactly). Here is the number (407) 423-5566.

If you have more than two people, renting a car is cheaper, but two or less, Mears is the best rate.
