I've read that there is a new pressed dime machine in MK. Has anyone seen it, and could you tell me how much it costs? Thanks!

Probably costs a dime!!! Actually, I haven't seen it, but will look for it next week. My daughter saves the pressed pennies. I would imagine it is the same cost as the pennies. 50 cents, plus the pennies. I'll be sure to look for it though.
I read that it is at the Tomorrowland Arcade in MK. I'm guessing like the PP said, it is 50cents plus the dime. Hope that helps some. Also, the designs look cool. One is Mickey in a space mountain car.
sounds like I will have to bring a couple of all silver dimes with me just in case.

The elongated dimes are 85¢. There are four designs in the machine and as previously noted it can be found in the Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. (arcade).
As a note, the quarter machines are $1.25, so this is a bargain!

What years do the dimes need to be for them to be all silver?

1964 and earlier. In 1965 they went from 90 silver/10 copper to 0 silver/91.67 copper/8.33 nickel. Getting harder and harder to find true 'silver' coins anymore.....

At today's silver price there is $1.33 worth of silver in a pre-65 dime.
The only down side to pressing silver coins is that silver is harder than the copper clad coins used now, so the images may not be as sharp.

If you decide to try using an all silver dime, I suggest going to a local coin shop and getting coins that are not in very good shape.
If you just grab a pre 1965 dime that you may have at home, you might end up destroying a valuable coin.
Just saying it is worth doing a little research before you go trying to press some silver coins.
