Second Fantasmic Shows in January

Not sure if anyone else has posted this yet, but it appears that every Fantasmic! date in January has been given a second showing. Not sure what that says about crowds for those of us heading down next month...

The 2nd shows do appear on the Disney calendar. It certainly adds some flexibilty to our trip planning.

Well shoot. I was hoping they would add extra days of Fantasmic! Instead, they just keep it on the same day and ask everyone to stay later. I guess that's a way of cost control. Don't have to bring those CMs back another day - just pay them for 2 more hours. It would have been nice to have more Fantasmic options since they're closing down all those attractions for January.

I won't be at the Studios those days because I don't feel like dragging my kids through monstrous crowds all day. It does tempt me to get a park hopper option. Wait...an extra $50x4? Just for Fantasmic? Nevermind.
