Our "Nightastic" vacation (Day 1)

[FONT="Garamond"]Aug. 19th: DH, DS (2 yrs), DM, and myself, set off for our DL vacation. (DM decided to join us, just a few days prior to leaving.) We caught the Greyline DL bus, and were at DL in about 45 min. Check-in was quick and efficient. Our rooms were clean and just like last year. We had room 939, which is at odd area of the tower, that is off by itself (don't know how to discribe it). I could swear our room was smaller than the one my DM had though. Oh well. Tired and hungry, we ate at PCH Grill. We were happy and full afterwards. We turned in early, since we were exhausted. At 9:30, DH and I were awakened by what sounded like WW3. The DL fireworks had started! Luckily, DS snoozed right through it. I, on the other hand, couldn't take it any longer, and ran out to the balcony on the end of the hallway, to see if I could see anything. (Yes, I was still in my PJ's.) Lo and behold, I was able to see the fireworks...and for a second, I saw Dumbo himself

We were in DL from the 12 - 19 Aug. Left on 19 Aug. I really need to get started on my trip reports. I took notes, but that is as much as I have so far.
I do love to read other peoples trip reports though.
