I lost the Visa Rewards Card!!

can you believe it?? I put it in a "safe" place....has $340 on it.

We called and they explained that if we go to one of the parks we can get a replacement and then have to call the 800 number and they will transfer our balance to the new card.

Just wondering if anyone had any experience doing this...is it an easy process or do I have a headache to look forward to at some point next week.

we leave Saturday so no time to let them mail me a new one!

We had a similar situation last year. We waited until the last minute to transfer the rewards to our card that we had used the year before. We didn't realize that the card had an expiration date on it and it was to late to have a new one mailed to us before we left so we went to Downtown Disney to the Disney Rewards customer service and they gave us a new card and then they gace us use of a phone and we had to call the 800 number and have our rewards transferred to that card. In reading info on the Disney Rewards website it looks like you can now go to the guest realtions at any park for disney Rewards help.
