Small Worlds videos

Is everyone else having the same trouble as me and Ice are with Utube on Small Worlds. What I'm saying is like when you go into it it will not play and you can't talk.

My issue is;
Sometimes I can see the video but there is no sound.
Sometimes I get a black screen and no control options (playlist, remote, video or search).
I get "bugs" when trying to talk (it kept adding "say something" in front of my chat or not clearing out what I'd typed so it looked like I was repeating myself).
Other widgets in my room have been acting up as well since the recent upgrade, so I "went to the forum" and staff said to clear this and that from browser and make sure I wasn't running a blocking program. What I can't seem to get across is that EVERYTHING was working fine for me up until about 3 weeks ago... So whatever "program" my computer uses has been ok with SW up until now...
And no matter what "contact us" buttons I hit, I always get redirected back to the forums or a section of FAQ's - if I'm gonna pay to play I want some live response!!!

Hey guys,

Since the SW upgrade last week, there have been a few bugs with YouTube, stereos, dragon eggs, etc.

Have a little patience - check out the technical section of the SW forums to see what the known issues are and how the SW developers are dealing with them!
