My husband and I will be visiting in April with a 4, 11 and 80 year old. I think that the 80 year old may need a wheelchair at certain points thrroughout the day, as she gets dizzy. How do go about arranging this, and what is the cost?
We rented a WC once for my mother at the parks. I don't remember the exact cost, but I do remember that it worked out to be cheaper to rent for the week versus renting each day. You don't have to do anything special. There are stroller and WC rentals at the front of every park. You just pay and off you go.

About 4 years ago we went with a large group. 2 people in our group needed wheel chairs. We stayed at AS music and they gave us 2 chairs to use for the entire trip free of charge. All we had to do was request the chairs upon arrival.
Rather than waiting for your travelling companion to get dizzy, it might be better to use the w/c from early in the day. You can get one at the entrance of each park, or ask if you can borrow one from your resort.
Have a magical trip!
