30 minutes on hold? "Not too bad"

I just made my ADR's for my June 6th trip. I called at 8:05 CDT and was on hold for 30 minutes. "That's not too bad." the CM said. I was actually pleased that it was not over an hour like others have reported. The CM was very nice and explained that there were not enough people trained on the new computer system when it first came on line, causing 3 + hour hold times. Intollerable!
Anyway, i had no problems getting my ressies or the times i wanted. Which include:

Lunch at:
Sci-Fi
LeCellier
Crystal Palace
50's PrimeTime

Dinner at:
Brown Derby
Captain's Grill
Yachtman's Steak House

Breakfast at:
Cape May

Things are getting better at Disney Dining.

That is good news. I think that I will wait and call from work in the morning, instead of using my cell phone while trying to get myself and the kids ready tomorrow.
