new MK decorations

Are the decorations up yet for this year's promotion? I'd also read the character's would have new outfits - any sightings yet?

Right now they are working on taking the holiday decorations down and will probably start slowly adding the new Celebration decorations in the process. I wouldn't expect to see much of a change for a week maybe 2.

I was there yesterday and all the Christmas decorations were still up and no signs of the new Celebration decorations yet. In fact all the Year of A Million Dreams posters and banners are still up all over resort which is strange since that has ended.

When I was there last week, I found one "Celebrate" banner- that's it- in the Plaza Rose Garden, of all places! But that's the only one I saw all week, everything else was still decorated for Christmas and the Year of a Million Dreams- its as if two years wasn't enough for them!!

Maybe they're behind schedule with those dreams. They've only made 800,000 so far and they want to finish the job.

We are taking DS at the end of Feb, but from the sounds of it, the decorations may not be up even then. Has anyone seen anything yet?

MK now has the Celebrate banners everywhere. To be honest, I'm already tired of the promotion because people are celebrating the stupidest junk. Eeyore? Meeting Princesses? Disney? Warm Weather? I'm over it.

"Celebrate Now" seems to be the new slogan. All the paper cups are either YOMD or the red "Celebrate Now". I saw banners in all the stores as well. All the characters seem to have classic clothes on, nothing particular for the promotion.

Oh no, on Tuesday when I am at MK, I promise not celebrate anything (even my birthday, which happens to be that day).
