One day there should have been 5 of them - Marie, Suzy, Perla, Terk, and Mr. Penguin.

It's pretty much random since it's not an official location.

But for us Anglers, we know it to be an unofficial spot for training. So it really it hit or miss.

The best time is May, August, and January but there constantly new friends joining us so it depends. Usually, it's between 10 and 4 at different times.

The Teardrop is the area in Toontown to the left of the train station that follows the pathway up and slightly behind the Judge's Tent. It's a common place to spot unusual characters, but they are never announced or officially planned so it's luck of the draw really.
