How/when do you get the mugs with deluxe ddp?

Hi guys,

I've scoured the disney site and others trying to figure out how you go about getting the free resort mug that comes with the deluxe dining plan. Do they give you vouchers at check-in? Or are they in your room? Just wondering! 26 days away and trying to get all the final details straight!!

Another question, mostly on topic....

We're staying at CR consierge level, can you refill them there or do you have to go somewhere else to fill them??

The mugs are coded onto your Key to the World Card, just like your meals.

We went to the Food Court at the resort, picked up the mugs and she ran our cards through the system. It actually showed how many "mug credits" we had remaining (0 in our case, since we picked them up all together).

You'll find cans of soda and pitchers containing iced tea and lemonade. You can either use the "to go" cups provided or fill your mug, it doesn't matter.
