annual passes?

We have never been to disney, but would like to visit often while stationed here.

What is the best way to do this? Do they have season or annual passes?

Yes, you definitely need an annual pass.

Since you are military, go to the ITT/Travel office at your nearest base for discount passes. Every time I go to Disneyland, I get my tickets from Camp Pendleton.
