I voted for Cosmic Ray's! The chicken and rib combination is a great way to use 1 CS between two people! Yum!
After reading through what others have said I might have to give the others a try..

I've eaten at Columbia Harbor House, Pecos Bill's, and Pinocchio's Village Haus. The food at all three was good, but I gave the nod to CCH for the relaxing atmosphere. Next month I'm going to try Cosmic Ray's and Casey's.

For me, it's Casey's - we like the food, plus the kids like the cheese sauce, the atmosphere is fun, both inside and outside, and it's a family tradition to eat there our first day.
I voted for Pecos Bill's for a CS "meal" (love their burgers) but I love Casey's for a snack. There's nothing like a Casey's hot dog on Main Street while waiting for Wishes to start.

Cosmic Ray's because of the variety but the fixin's at Pecos Bill makes it a very close second.
