This is it, folks --- the inaugural caption challenge. Here's how it works:

From Weds, Aug 6 until Saturday, Aug 9, you can post your best caption for the picture supplied.

On Sunday, Aug 10, a new thread will be started to tally votes for each of the captions. Voting will run through Weds, Aug 13. The winner of the contest wins bragging rights and the right to choose the next week's photo.
