vinyl donald duck

I have found a donald toy that has vinyl face, hands and feet. The body is stuffed and about 10". The tag says mouseketoys but no year. I've never noticed this toy in the parks, but i've also never looked. When did they release this?

I remember seeing those. Maybe in the Disney Store? Maybe mid 90's.

My DS had the Mickey version of that toy. I believe we bought it for him from Sears catologue or Zellers store in Canada. I think it may have been a learning toy, you know with zippers, buttons, shoe laces, etc, but I may very well be wrong. We got it for him in 87 or 88. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies. It's not a beanie or a bean bag type doll. Also not a learning toy. The tag that is still on it says made exclusively for the WD theme parks and resorts.
