Follow-Up

Went back for my follow-up for the Lumbar Injection Procedure. Did a pain assesment and came up with the relief level being 70% at best and 45% three weeks later.
That being said, it's still an improvement! And even though the procedure itself was... uncomfortable... I went along with the doctor to have the rest of the series done. After all, if I'm at 45% improvement now, maybe it'll be even better after the third injection?
I'm scheduled for June 2nd and June 16th for the rest of the series with a follow-up and reassesment July 1st.

Stage-Diving? Wow, how come I hadn't considered adding that to my moves on stage??
This month with all of the shows we've been doing, the guys noticed I've been a bit more conservative as to my head banging/bend over and let my hair touch the floor/drop to my knees and bang on my guitar/run around like a basic manic - manuevers onstage... Just conserving my energy y'all!!!
