Just got back

Hi all! I got back last night from 9 days at Ft. Wilderness. While I was sad to leave, it was nice to sleep in my bed last night!

We stayed in the cabin as usual and had 4 adults and DD4.

We went to the parks only 3 days of the trip this time, and it was still great!

We went canoeing one day it was a hoot! DW, DD4 and myself in Canoe 1, MIL & FIL in Canoe 2, Uncle and Aunt in Canoe 3. Too bad I didn't have the video cam running as it was quite humorous the conversations coming out of Canoes 2&3!!!

All this to say, I love Fort Wilderness and recommend it highly to everyone!

Sounds like you had lots of fun i'm trying to get my mom to o with us in Oct but she isn't sure if she wants to yet my inlaws live about 3 hrs from disney and might come also hope it works out should be lots of fun

I saw some new pictures of the cabins on Allears and was wondering had your cabin been redone. On allears it looked like the beds and couch had been replaced. Anything new in your cabin?

wow i cant wait.
three weeks!
looking forward to playing pitch with my DS13 in the meadow.
i've eyeballed those canoes but it seems like a lot of work rowing them.
how was trails end?
did you grill out?
