Does anyone know if the Ft. Wilderness campgrounds honors any of the Good Sam Club camping discounts?

Good ???? I have never heard of them asking usually camps ask if they do

No, they do not honor the Good Sam Discount. Only discount available is AAA if you are lucky enough to get the AAA rate it is only offered during certain times of the year and only on a limited number of campsites...

I got the AAA discount for my April (next month's) ressie that I made earlier today...

But I do not think that they honor other types of discounts for camping...
