Looks like from the bridge in Animal Kingdom that you take going towards the Tree of Life.

That looks like the boat that goes from MGM to Epcot and stops at the Epcot area resorts in between. The dock looks like it matches the color scheme of the Swan/Dolphin so I'm thinking maybe the photo is of the boat pulling into/out of the Swan/Dolphin.

Not sure where it would be taken from though. Maybe one of the rooms in the hotel?
