I'm ready. Although, I don't get as revved up about it since my buddy Rusty retired. Its been hard for me to pick a new favorite. I guess I do find myself rooting for Dale Jr.
    Who are your favorites?

    Default Im ready!!!

Count me in as looking forward to this season. My favorite is Tony Stewart ( i know not a lot of people like him)..but you have to admit he is a great driver...A couple of things to look at this year.

    1. Will Toyota win a race this year?
    2. How will JR fair in the Hendrick Stable?
    3. Will any team get up to par with Hendrick?
    4. Will ABC/ESPN have good coverage (draft lock anyone?)
    5. Will Daytona be boring?

It's about all these bootleggers that soup up their cars to avoid the cops and go around a track, and around, and around, and around,..

Can't get here soon enough. We saw two of the Penske haulers on I-95 yesterday heading north. We may get to the spring Atlanta race and Darlington race this year.

Got to admit I'm ready for them to start back up, too.

For years I didn't get it until I went to a race live. The speed and close proximity of the cars to one another is something you can't fully get on TV.

    I'm more than ready.
And I agree with the above - once you see a race live, you're hooked!

Add me to list I'm ready for a new season, my drivers didn't fair to well last season. So I hope 2008 is better for Dale Jr, Jamie McMurray and Kasey Kahne.

    Default kasey Kahne

Man I'm worried about Kasey as well. The Evernham cars were so lacking last year and I haven't excactly been reading great things about improvements they have made either.

Here's my thing I'm such an underdog person, my two favorite drivers are basically part time (Boris Said and Stanton Barrett) both of them are dying to get into the 500 (of course) but I just don't know if it's going to happen, they just don't have the speeds the big teams do. I think there are 19 go or go homers trying for what really end up being 6 spots...
