Default Mules, Rhinos and GOLF CARTS

I just got back from WDW I was there from 11/19/07 to 12/3/07. While me and the DW were looping threw the fort on our golf cart I noticed several campsites had yamaha Rhinos or kawsaki Mules at their sites. I never saw them running around just wondered if anyone else did. I bought and lifted a golf cart to use there. If rhino's or mules are ok I might buy one of those. But I dont thank they are. P.S. Always a great time at the Fort.

I dont think they are allowed, but then again they are there. We seen a few Rhinos riding around during our Halloween stay and the owners seemed to be following the rules and not doing 40mph LOL!!! I bring my golf cart which has about the same power as the Rhinos and never had a problem with Disney.

It is my understanding that gas powered carts are not allowed with in FW. To be honest, I am surprised that they allow folks to bring there own at all as it takes money out of their own pockets.

When you check in at FW they give you an orange piece of paper that gives you the rules of the road and on it it says gas or electric golf carts but no atv's. My cart is also gas I have a top speed around 27 mph with 2 people on it. I saw tungpo's golf cart at the fort back in january 2007 his cart is one reason i bought a gas. Then I knew I could use one there. By the way- nice carts tungpo. Me and the DW drive ours almost every day. It was a lot of fun having a golf cart at FW and not having to bike it everywhere.

So if a gas golf cart is allowed, is a Mule? Anybody figure this out yet? We just bought a mule and it would be perfect behind the RV. My parents are going along and boy oh boy would he love to mule his way to the comfort station.

I saw them at camp sites but never riding around.
From what I understand if you have something beside a golf cart you have to get a CM to give you the ok. Even gas golf carts have to have a quite muffler.
