    Default Pin Set Values Question

Just got back from WDW a week ago. My DH began collecting pins from MVMCP when we were there 4 years ago. He bought the framed set as he did this trip. He also bought a MVMCP boxed set. Should these pins be kept in their original box for value sake or can they be removed and added to his pin book? He asked me and I did not know an answer. So I told I would ask the experts!! Thanks in advance

The framed set should definately be left alone. The Box set as long as you keep the box to put the pins back in and keep it in good condition you should be fine removing the pins and transferring them to a book.

Personally, I would leave the framed set alone. There are a lot of traders who break up framed sets to sell on ebay because some pins are in higher demand than others.

If the inside (or outside) of the box "frames" that set, I have scanned the box (or the inside) and then put the pins in a frame (to hang on a wall) or in my pin book on top the scan.
