They will run until the last guest is gone from the bus loading area I have been there late after park closing and was on one of the last buses back to my resort a few times. The shops in the parks in are usually open about an hour after official park close so figure that gives you a nice safety net as far as buses go.

At least an hour after park closing. I have been there where all the bus stalls were empty, the last few straglers out of the parks. I have always kept a taxi number with me too, only about $10 to get back to your hotel if you are really late or the busses are too full.

2) Past about 1-hr, the frequency is reduced significantly.
3) Pleasure Island buses to resorts run until about 3:00am.

We had a late dinner at Le Cellier a couple of weeks ago when we were there and didn't get back to the front of the park until almost 10:30 (9:00 closing that night). All the buses to Pop Century were done for the night. We were able to get there by riding a CBR bus who then dropped us off after his run there. The driver was very nice, but it meant we didn't get to our room until nearly midnight. If I had to do over again, I would have taken a cab.
