I know you are all surprised that I am asking more questions about characters. I just heard a rumor that Characters sometimes make appearences on the Riverboat. Has anyone seen this and if so when are they there?

I have heard of characters appearing on the Ferry from the Ticket & Transportation Center to the Magic Kingdom in the morning.

If, however, you are referring to the Liberty Bell Riverboat attraction in the Magic Kingdom park ....

I believe you mean the Ferry that goes from the TTC to the MK. And there are no longer characters that go on the Ferry.

At the Halloween party there is a guy (I forgot the name) who lurks about as a ghost on the ferry boat at Liberty Square. I heard this is his last year as he has been deemed to scary.
