Race for the Taste Meet?

As of right now, I'm training to participate in the Race for the Taste 10K run on 10/07/07. I was wondering if any other Intercoters were going to be participating.

Since this will be my first "Race for the Taste", I was wondering if someone could enlighten me on how it goes....I checked out the course which appears to start at the WWoS and end at Epcot. What I'm confused about is when do they serve the food tastings? Logic would tell me that they would do it after the race but I have a friend that seems pretty sure that they serve it at the beginning or even throughout the race which just seems a little weird to me. Anybody able to clear this up? Thanks!

DH is planning on running it. Since the race has an early start (7 am I believe), I can't see them serving food before the race.
