Camping loop refurb

Last Sept when we went the 100 loop was closed for a refurb. Do they shut down loops to refurb them on a regular basis? Also are all the new comfort stations now done? Thanks

Not sure about a whole loop, but on our last trip in Feb they were reroofing the comfort stations on our loop(2000). They were never closed, and had a tunnel built for protected access. They must have had some thing really wrong to close an enitre loop. As stated, they were working hard on several comfort stations in Feb, so I can only assume they are done by now

In January while we were in WDW we noticed the 1500 loop was closed for refurb. We were exploring the campground to see where to go for the Campfire movie and just looked around a bit. Not quite sure what they were doing, but there were signs saying it was under refurb. No one was there doing anything so we couldn't ask.
