I voted for Le Cellier, but I have to say that Rose and Crown was mighty fine. I just ate there last weekend and loved the fish and chips.

We are trying Chefs De France this year for the first time, so this could change, but here goes...

    1-Marrakesh
    2-Rose&Crown Pub
    3-Le Cellier
    4-San Angel Inn
    5-Chefs De Frances
    6-Bistro de Paris
    7-Teppanyaki
    8-Nine Dragons
    9-Akershus
    10-Biergarten

Nos. 5-10 we've never been to, but this is the order I would put them in by how good their menus look.

    120 more days!!

I have eaten in all except Teppanyaki and Chef's. Sorry everyone, but if price is not a consideration, it's The Bistro. No other restaurant in WS even comes close.

    1. Bistro

    2. Biergarten
    3. Akershus
    4. San Angel Inn
    5. Le Cellier
    6. Marrakesh
    7. Rose & Crown
    8. Nine Dragons

Oh, and If Alfredo's were on the list, it would be #5.

There was a time when Akershus would have easily been top of that list.

Nowadays I'd go with Le Cellier
    I've got a dirty thumb.

Don't be too sad, DW and I went there last week and the Fettucini Alfredo wasn't good at all. I think Patina will do a better job. I don't know if the current company lost interest or what, but Alfrdo's is a shell of it's former self.

Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're NOT out to get you!

I can't speak for most of them, as I haven't eaten at them. However, the Rose and Crown was definitely our favorite of this past trip, for both food and experience. I've always enjoyed Alfredo's, but since it's closing, I guess it doesn't matter anymore.

    Thanks for the update!
That's a real shame if they gave up on the restaurant and let it go downhill. (I love Italian food, so any great Italian place will welcomed.)
