Campfire in FW

Do you have to show proof that you are staying in the Disney Resorts to attend the campfire? We want to go the night before we actually check into POP. We will be staying off-site for that night. Thanks.

I haven't heard of resort ID's being checked but I do believe it is intended for resort guests.

Resort IDs are not checked except at the very busiest times of year (Christmas week, etc). Generally, everyone is welcome at the campfire.
