Dining Plan at Universal?

Has anyone had experience with the $19.99 all-day dining plan at Universal? This is the one that gives you unlimited entrees/desserts at a select group of (counter service, I assume) restaurants.

If so, is the selection of entrees limited to only a certain number of items from the menu, or can you choose any entree.

And with respect to the drinks (which are a separate "plan") can you just walk into any CS restaurant and get a drink?

I had the food plan last year. It is a good deal. You have certain items and places . It comes with a desert. you can use it as much as you want. If you want to go to one place then hour go to another place you can.
