The first place that Genie wants to go is way up high but when he gets there all he see is a ghost of a place...

clue 1-I said something up high
clue 2-ghost
clue 3- it's in two parts in the park
clue 4-one part is somewere near Sleepy beauty castle.

I'm gonna say fireworks, but am not sure. I haven't been to DLR either...

I would have said monorail, but that's only Monorail red (now nemo yellow) or Monorail purple. But no ghosts on that. Hmm!

no that's not it. But it is in Fantasyland or was in Fantasyland and one other place this use to be at. It is or was a ride. There is your next clue.

clue 1-High above
clue 2-ghost
clue 3-two places
clue 4-one place is in Fantasyland
clue 5-Tinkerbell can get to this place
clue 6-it can have up to 4 colors
clue 7-it is or was a ride

You got it right Fan. It only took up to post 16 to get it right. You see it is or was in two places. It when from Fantasyland to Tommowland. Also you can some what still see were the cars would go at over in Fantasyland. Tinkerbell goes by there when the Fireworks ends. Now it's your turn at it Fan.
