You might need the kids for this one...maybe not!

At the "Once Upon a Toy" store at Downtown Disney Marketplace, there are kiosks where you can build your own Mr. Potato Head, and more recently, one where you can build a Star Wars lightsaber. Which would you rather do?

Y100Q88 will be on the Vacation Planning board, probably Wednesday.

My kids always stop and build a potatohead! They love it!

I don't really want my own lightsaber. I love building my own Mr. Potato Head, though. I love all the princess accessories you can get for them. We already have the Mr. Potato Head, so we just fill up a box full of attachments and get as much as we can. DH is an "expert" at packing things in boxes. He knows just how to maximize the space to get as much as is humanly possible.

My kids (DS15 and DD13) are Star Wars fans and in June they made their own light sabers. I wanted to make a Mr. Potatohead and they looked at me funny.

Hey, I may be 37 but I remember playing with Mr. Potatohead and sticking his ear in the nose slot. That was fun!

My DS 6 loves building a Potato Head. We hsve this huge bag filled with Potato Heads and tons of pieces. He plays with them every chance he gets.

I would rather build my own lightsaber, but I notice that the Mr. Potato Head kiosk tends to be busier.

I say potatoe head because my kids are so little. But they didn't have the lightsaber there when we were there last time.

Even though I'm a huge Star Wars fan, I would have to say Mr. Potato head. I love his character in Toy Story.

No kids needed for this one! I love my Mr. Potato Head - right now he's sporting mouse ears and holding an autograph book in one hand and a Mickey bar in the other!!!

Of course this could all change when I make my lightsaber in October!

I voted for the lightsaber, but mainly because DD did the potato head thing on our first trip. She's really into superheroes and pirates and stuff now, so she'd probably enjoy the lightsaber one better.

Personally, I love the Mr. Potato Head thing. I think it would make a perfect birthday gift...wish I had someone to build one for in Sept!
