    Question Flight from Atlanta

My DH is going to have to fly down from ATL to MCO and meet us this year. We only need a one-way ticket. Does anyone have any suggestions for cheap and RELIABLE airfare? I just happened on the AirTran post and was not pleased with peoples experiences. Has anyone used Spirit Airways from ATL? How far in advance do you book your flight?

Southwest is usually a good choice for a one-way flight. You can frequently get a good price with them.

Unfortunately, Southwest does not fly out of Atlanta.

We usually do Airtran and hardly ever have issues. I have 5 times as many issues with Delta as I've had with Airtran.

My DH flew down last spring from Atlanta - on Airtran - got in early, actually. Every airline has it's issues and you can never predict things like weather, maintenance issues, etc.

Hmmm, I checked the web-site for Atlanta's airport before I posted that, and Southwest was listed.
