DL over universal!

i think i'm crazy.
my DW and DS wanted a quick getaway for summer and thought up going to universal.
i played along as long as i could but finally just decided to spring for them a trip out to DL!
i just couldnt stand the thought of them at any park that wasn't magical. it may have cost me a few bucks but my concious(sp) is clear and they are fired up! btw, thats where i've been hiding, on the DL boards.

I'd take DL over Universal any day... there really isn't that much to do at Universal. Once we did the studio tour and The Mummy ride, we were struggling for things to do.

There's no comparison! Disneyland is Disney Magic with added pixie dust and Universal is, well....just another theme park. Not saying US is not good, It's just not Disney!
