I'm a little confused as to why the pricing is so much less during lunch when the portions seem to be the same.

Yes. Three Lunch time shows are typically scheduled between 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm.

Most people like to eat their main meal at dinner, therefore greater demand commands a greater price. That's pretty much it!

We usually go around noon, and the place is nearly empty even on the busiest of days. It's a wonderful respite from the heat and crowds!! Even my picky children love eating here.
