I just asked the staff to make me the one i wanted because i didnt know how. It turned out great!

We finally sent you a picture for our avatar yesterday. We just replied to your original e-mail with the instructions and added the attachment. Was that the correct thing to do?

How long does it usually take to to get it all set up? Just curious...not rushing.
