if you mean actual disney characters as far as like Mickey or anything like that they are limited to the parks or the character meals at some of the resorts...I don't think I've ever seen them at DTD

Never seen any but I saw this vid on Youtube of the Characters getting down at Club Buzz lol they were dancing to "I Like the Way you Move"

Sorry I found it, they're bustin a move its a little dark but I can see Chip N Dale. I think its at Disneyland though.
