Question Why WDW Asks If You've Visited >4 Times

Does anyone know why the automated WDW phone system asks you to "press one number if you've visited WDW more than 4 times", and "press a different number if you have visited fewer than 4 times"?

This answer is PURE hearsay - as I am not sure that this is true. I thought I had once heard that different CMs answer different lines - so perhaps people who have visited less have more experienced (hopefully) CMs/reservation people working with them. Like I said not sure if this is true or not - as I am not even sure where I heard this from.

Hopefully someone will come along who knows for sure.

Anytime I purchase, read, watch, promote, or travel to (and purchase some more) anything Disney I am not spending money - I am investing in my future as a proud disney stock holder.

I'm sure it's more of a marketing thing. Less than 4 years they can sell you certain things, and more than 4 years, they can sell you others things. And by sell, I just mean the sales pitch, like if you go often, maybe you haven't been to Cirque, or something like that...
