Just finalized our trip for September and will be eating at Whispering Canyon our first night. Our ADR is for 6:40 - is there anything to see at WL if we get there early?

OH yes!!! You can view the Geyser that erupts, walk around the lodge. It is WONDERFUL! GO to the boat dock. They have a great gift shop. You can stay pretty busy. I hope you enjoy your trip. We love the WL. The pool is nice to walk around also. YOu are going to have a ball at the Whispering Canyon. Just be sure and ask for Ketchup!!!

Walking & bike paths.
A small beachy/sandy area to relax on
Take a stroll by the pool area - the bartenders at the pool bar are really friendly.
The lobby is really something to see!
Take a stroll over to the villa lobby - it's really nice also.

Just wander around tons of things to see. The Mercantile ( shop ) the lobby is something to behold..... Then head out to the courtyard and just walk around......
