Magical Express Question

We are leaving in 12 days and havn't gotten our yellow tags yet (we are flying Delta). Do they normally send them the week before you leave or should I have gotten them already? If anyone has an email address for them I would be grateful.

How did you book your trip? Was it through a travel agent? When booked through a TA I believe the DME packet is sent to them.

we have normally got ours a few weeks before our trip and sometimes a long time before... shortly after we book our trip infact. you should probably get in contact with someone. that way if something is wrong you can fix it now before you have to leave

We are going in 14 days and have had our ME tags for weeks. If you went through a travel agent I would definitely be in touch with them today. Otherwise, I would use the # posted by Piglet822 to find out what happened.
