I had a wonderful pasta dish at Portobello Yacht Club a couple of years ago. My mother-in-law has terminal lung cancer and I would love to make this dish for her when she's here over the Easter holiday. Is there a way that I can get this recipe? Thanks. Gayl

I think you should be able to get the recipe, though I'm not sure who you would contact. On my last trip to WDW a member of our group asked for a recipe while we were dining, and the waitress brought it out to the table a few minutes later.

Email them. I tried calling for a recipe weeks ago and got nowhere, so I emailed. They responded in about two weeks. Maybe not in time for you, but perhaps if you explain the situation? I went to the website and filled out a form at the "contact us" section, and they responded from:

I would check to make sure its not under the recipe section on here or allears and then if its not email them.
