Any whispers about if the free dining will be offered in the fall??

Hi everyone!
Just wondering if anyone has heard any buzz about if Disney will offer the free dining plan in the fall?
We went two years ago but didnt go last year and boy did we regret it.
If anyone has heard anything about it could you let me know? I am trying to see if we could possibly squeeze in a Disney trip in the fall. The free dining offer helps me build my case lol as my husband and I are already going to Rome in October.

Nothing official has been released, but there have been some recent rumours.
