Le Cellier Kid's Menu charges & DDP??

I was going over the menu at Le Cellier with my DS8 and he is really excited that there is steak on the kid's menu. It also says that the steak cost $2 extra. I was just wondering if that charge will be included in the dining plan or if it is something we will have to pay out-of-pocket for. It's not a big deal, I was just wondering. Does anyone know??

Several INTERCOTee's have reported that the Steak Meal was wholly included on the Disney Dining Plan; however, it could vary from server to server.

DD4 enjoyed the steak with the DDP, no extra costs, in Feb. Actually, this was the one meal all week that we didn't have to force her to eat LOL She's quite the carnivore...
