Does anyone know what rooms if any at the Yacht Club have 2 windows?

I do not know.
I guess it's possible that a corner room might have 2 windows.
If this is of paticular importance, you could call the YC front desk and ask. Their number (from Info Central) is: 407-934-7000.

If you're excluding suites, then room #3240 and 3241 have a king bed and corner bay windows. I don't think they had balconies though. I imagine the 4th floor has the same room design, so 4240 and 4241 would most likely have the same corner bay windows. The 5th floor is club level.
