Hello - not here everyday, but still stopping in.
-
The magic is still there. The multiple-repeat guests will surely notice the changes and have opinions. Yes, they will still come back and they will lament over the missing magic. Maybe they will...

I've never had an issue with Insignia and found them to have comparable quality to the more expensive brands for the average viewer. One thing to consider is that the cost of TV's is so low, they...

Glad to hear this; did the dinner package many years ago and seats were terrible; was very disappointed. The only upside was we didn't have to wait in line and then fight for a spot.
-
I would add Monster's Inc and Bugs Life to the list.
-
Agree - MK open late made 3 parks in a day "easy". My trip was a solo trip and it was before Fastpass+. I started at HS (on Star Wars weekend, no less) and did everything by late morning; took the...

I can't comment on the Easter crowds, but I like your itinerary. I did a solo trip a few years back and found that the early morning start was my savior. I got so much done (without fast pass),...

I definitely agree with this statement. If things are really bad, we just grab a cab. Our first trip, we rented a car and it sat unused for almost the entire week. Big waste in my opinion.

Don't you mean "Cinderella" Castle?
-
On our last visit to Epcot, we were taking a break in front of Figment an out of no where came no other than Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. I assumed they were in training, since the location was...
-
I stayed on a solo trip and agree that it is a very quaint resort. I went to New Orleans last year and I kept thinking of how much POFQ captured the feel.
I will agree that the food court is...
-
Seems to be the luck of the draw. On our last trip, we had no issues until our last day. My son and I went in early to hit Space and Big Thunder and both were down. The worse part was the trek...

i sure hope this is true. I never cared for the DP seating, since it is too far off to the end. The last DP show we did, we arrive 30 min prior and were the last people seated in the DP section,...

Astro Orbitor. Why oh why can't they come up with a better loading process? The elevators are the worst.
-
Mini umbrella; when we did ponchos, we were wetter on the inside than the outside! Those things get HOT!
Bonus - when you are broiling in the sun waiting for the 3:00 parade to start, pop open...
-
Same here; I love that gag.
Glad her suffering is over and she can now reunite with Uncle Walt.
-
Sorry to hear this, MOJoe - I was the one that told you about my experience at a corporate event some years back at the studios. So close and yet so far...
At least you were able to get down...

Give Grand Floridian Cafe a try! We do it everytime - great meal. great atmosphere.

I just saw that Carrie Fisher has signed on to come back as Princess Leia.
The ball is in your court, Mr. Hamil....

Interesting thread, since some of the worst in my book are other's favorites. Just shows that it comes down to each person's perspective and opinion.
On our first trip, O'Hana and SciFi were...
-
We never had a bad experience for either Breakfast or Dinner. I do prefer the dinner because of the Step Sisters - they are a riot.
As someone else said, it is a buffet and they do things...
-
We paid OOP on our first trip and we discovered that we hadn't really had a decent meal for the first 2 days, just lots of quick service. Not sure if it was reluctance to "splurge" on a table...
-
If we are pressed for time, I just spend the $$ to take a cab. It is worth the price to reduce the stress of missing your ADR or having some extra time to freshen up before your next excursion.

I was at a corporate event a few years back and they rented the entire DHS park for the evening. It was awesome - they had food stands, cocktails and desserts available throughout the park. Almost...
