Maelstrom was always a highlight with my family and I, so I’m sad that it’s gone and feel the same way about Illuminations and the Energy ride. I’m looking forward to seeing the new additions to...

I stayed there a number of years ago, and I remember sharing a bus with Ft. Wilderness on some of the runs, but I don't remember there being any inconvenience because of it.

I've been a DVC member for many years and The Beach Club is my home resort--something I'm very thankful for. I've stayed in Deluxe accommodations all over WDW-including The Grand Floridian, and The...

I was fortunate enough to have been at Disney the year AK opened, and had the opportunity to go into the park a couple of days before it officially opened to the public. It cost an extra $18 for each...

Went in mid-October a few years ago, and it was one of the best times of the year I've ever been. The crowds were light (keep in mind I'm usually there at peak periods) and the weather was warm...

Doing the research and knowing the options (like you're doing) is the way to go. Then make the decision to walk or take the monorail depending on how you're feeling at the moment, the weather and how...

I was there on July 4th about 7 years ago, and it was about as crowded as it can get in the MK. Around noontime a CM heard me ask the other members of our party if they wanted to leave and come back...

Well any discussion of this topic has to start with the closing of Horizons. I understand the issues as Main Street Jim has so eloquently put them, but there had to be something that could have been...

I love this attraction and never miss visiting it on every trip. I enjoy the show as well as the relaxing time sitting down--especially on a hot day in Epcot when I've been doing a lot of walking.

Boma was absolutely delicious. Wonderful flavors-cumin, cinnamon- and great choices.
Mama Melrose- I agree with the earlier poster who equated it with Olive Garden. I wouldn't go back; there are...

Looks like the only time we can make it to WDW this year is in around July 20. Does anyone have any insight into the crowds at that time? Thanks!
-
We'll be heading down to WDW for a quick trip from October 15 -19, and I was wondering if anyone could help out with some information about the crowds at that time.
Thanks!

Well that's so disappointing. I always looked forward to the TTA audio, and now it's gone. Sad.

I just went to Jeff's blog and saw this post from December 29th.
"Things have been generally quiet around 2719 Hyperion these last few months.
But not for much longer.
The changes have...

I really miss Jeff Pepper as well; I always looked forward to the DSI segments as well as other times he was on. I think the show suffers from his absence.

We ate there once and never will go back. The food was awful. One person in our party had lasagna, and I had baked ziti-both tasted like a frozen dinner-really bad.

Just going backstage and into the Utilidors made it worth the money for us! We loved it.

1. Horizons
2. Original Imagination ride
3. 20K
4. Backstage at MGM with the walking tour and the working studios, etc.

We did the DP for the first time on our last trip and really enjoyed eating at places we had never been before. We had some excellent food, but it was just too much. We didn't use at least two if not...

The Beach Club is our DVC home resort, and although we have walked to DHS in the past, we usually take the boat. My feeling is that we're going to be racking up the miles in the park, so why walk...

I would skip the Fantasmic dinner package all together. The food at H&V and Mama Melrose is not good and the Brown Derby is not worth two TS credits. Plus the reserved seats at Fantasmic are off to...
-
The sushi at California Grill was the best I've ever had, hands down!
-
I voted none for two reasons. First the reserved seats for the Fantasmic Package are off to the side and not the best. The best place to sit for the show is just off center left or right. The second...

It's open and one of the major Disney Podcasts, WDW Today, did a review of it. For the most part it was favorable.

I didn't think I had it either, until I read this post and went back and looked. It's under the travel section on 891 here on Cape Cod.
I love the behind the scenes stuff especially, but...
