After some further digging, the GTIN code tracks back to a company located at 15251 Barranca Pkwy Irvine, CA.

According to public record, the company at this location is Classic Food International...

It hasn't been made clear who the manufacturer of the private label is.

It's located in Pixar Place, on the opposite side of the thoroughfare from Toy Story Mania!.
